Application Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the “Let’s Meet at KOF’s 40th Anniversary! Digital Time Capsule” project (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), organized by SNK CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Prior to applying, please carefully review the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) and proceed with your application only upon full agreement. Submission of an application will be regarded as acceptance of the Terms.

■ Project Details
As part of the KOF 30th anniversary celebration, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the “Let’s Meet at KOF’s 40th Anniversary! Digital Time Capsule” project.
We invite KOF fans to contribute original digital content to commemorate this milestone. Whether it’s a nostalgic photo, an illustration of your favorite character, or a passionate message about your love for KOF, you can submit your contributions through the designated form.
The completed Digital Time Capsule, created together with fans, will be unveiled to the public during KOF’s 40th anniversary celebration.

■ Application Period
January 21, 2025 (2 PM JST) – February 28, 2025 (11:59 PM JST)

■ How to Apply
Submit your entry via the form available on the KOF 30th Anniversary special website.
* Once your application is submitted, the information provided cannot be modified.

■ Selection Process
- Selections will be made based on a thorough review conducted by the Company.
- Applicants who are selected will be notified via email by the end of March 2025. Only successful applicants will be contacted. If you do not receive an email by the end of March 2025, your application was not selected. Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding selection results.
- To ensure you receive notifications, please verify that your email settings allow messages from the domain “snk-corp.co.jp.” If you have domain-specific filters, add this domain to your safe sender list.
- The number of selected participants is planned to be approximately 100.

■ Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must agree to these and other Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy available on the Company’s website (and in other related content): https://www.snk-corp.co.jp/us/guide/policy/.
- Applicants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian.

■ Provision of Information
By entering, applicants agree to provide the following:
- X (formerly Twitter) username
- Applicant’s name
- Handle name
- Digital content
- Message(s)
Personal information provided by applicants will be used exclusively to contact selected participants and respond to inquiries. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Following the conclusion of the Project, the information will be securely disposed of after a designated retention period.
The provided handle name will be displayed along with the submitted digital content.
With the exception of the handle name, personal information will not be disclosed or shared with third parties, except for contracted service providers, or when required by law.

■ Important Notes
- All submitted photos, illustrations, messages, and other materials must be created or captured by the applicant. Submissions must be original works.
- The submission of images created using generative AI or works that imitate or plagiarize the creations of others is strictly prohibited.
- Submissions that the Company determines to violate public order and morality or infringe upon third-party rights, such as copyrights, will be excluded from consideration.
- Even after selection, if a submission is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable by the Company, any awards may be revoked, and necessary measures related to the revocation may be implemented.
- There is no limit to the number of submissions an applicant can make.
- Applicants may be required to submit additional material or data related to their submissions.
- Submitted works may be featured on the SNK official website, in promotional videos, on official social media accounts, or displayed at events. The Company reserves the right to edit or modify submissions as necessary in these situations.
- All copyrights to the submitted works, including rights specified under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act, will belong to the Company. The Company reserves the right to use submitted works without prior approval from the applicant. Applicants also agree to waive the moral rights of authorship regarding their submissions.
- The content, design, and other aspects of this Project may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Company assumes no liability for any damages incurred by participants in connection with this Project, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel this Project without prior notice. Additionally, in the event of changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company will not be held responsible for any resulting damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at its discretion. Any changes to Project details or revisions to these Terms will be announced via the Company’s official account. Following such announcements, the updated changes or revisions will apply to all participants of this Project and the Company.
- The Terms shall be governed under the laws of Japan.
- Should any disputes or disagreements arise between the applicant and the Company concerning this Project, these Terms, or otherwise, both parties will make a sincere effort to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
